3DS authentication 2.0

The following table shows which payment methods support 3DS authentication 2.0 in each country:

For all transactions within the European Economic Area (EEA), 3DS authentication is mandatory in compliance with the Revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2) and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements. All card payments processed in Europe must be authenticated using 3DS, unless a valid SCA exemption is applied and accepted by the card issuer. Cancellations and Refunds

When a refund is processed on the same day as the original transaction, before the daily cutoff time, it's processed as a cancellation (voiding the transaction before settlement). The following table shows the daily cutoff times (local time) for same-day cancellations by country:

Important: Transactions authorized very close to the cutoff time may require 20 to 30 minutes for full confirmation. In such cases, make the cancellation request after the cutoff time has passed to ensure it's properly processed.
