Goals

Flexibility: Allows merchants to choose from multiple perspectives and access transactional and operational data to better understand their business and support day-to-day activities.
Industry-Specific Adaptation: By incorporating industry-specific analysis, OneGMR provides merchants with insights into payment trends, enabling them to make informed decisions and gain a competitive edge.
Enhanced Decision-Making: With access to reliable data, merchants gain deeper visibility into their business performance. OneGMR enables them to measure and analyze performance effectively, supporting data-driven decision-making and the identification of areas for improvement.
Unique experience: A unique and standardized merchant experience, regardless of the country where they transact with Getnet.
Multi-option delivery Integration: The OneGMR allows merchants to select the best approach to integrate and retrieve their data from the Getnet Tech environment. This user-friendly approach enables merchants to leverage the data in their existing workflows, perform deeper analysis, and unlock new possibilities.
Cost and Time Savings: By providing a centralized and customizable reporting solution, OneGMR Extended helps organizations save time and effort in compiling and analysing data manually. This automation reduces administrative burden, streamlines reporting processes, and ultimately contributes to cost savings.
Data Validation & Data Rejected: A data validation layer and service have been developed that run before data is sent to merchants. This minimizes complaints and incidents, and merchants are notified in advance of incorrect or inconsistent data.
Multi-tenant and Multi-country: The OneGMR global solution embodies a multi-tenant, multi-country approach to deliver the global vision expected by the company.
Business growth and scale: The OneGMR global solution was designed with the business growth and scalability of the GetNet Tech platform in mind. Growth, scalability, reliability, performance, monitoring, and SLA scenarios were considered during the development of the solution architecture.
Patterns and Cybersecurity: The OneGMR global solution implements GetNet Tech patterns for development, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
Reprocessing: The global OneGMR solution provides on-demand or bulk reprocessing of reports and files.
Resend: The global OneGMR solution supports the resending of previously processed files and reports.

What do we cover?

The data domains have been defined to provide a complete and useful view of all transactions and financial activity related to a merchant.

These domains help merchants reconcile their transactions, covering the full lifecycle of transactions and financial activity, as well as other relevant information such as the Chargeback lifecycle.

Merchant Information

Definition

It summarizes all Sellers under a Merchant, including details like location, typology, affiliation status, last activity date, and settlement account.

Transactions Information

Definition

It shows all transactions authorized through GetNet's platform, presenting whether transactions were approved or denied by the issuer and detailing merchant information, purchase details, transaction type, card data, and the date, time, and method of the transaction. In the case of a denied transaction, the report presents the reason for denial.

Transactions Settlement

Definition

It covers processed transactions, including commission and fees details, tax information, merchant and seller information, transaction identification, purchase details, payout movement identification, and settlement information. Additionally, chargeback and financial adjustment information related to transactions is included.

Settlement Movements

Definition

It details billing processes, including all merchant revenues and charges, additional fees such as monthly charges and adjustments, batch-grouped settlement transactions, and reconciliation information for payout movements and settlement transactions.

Chargeback Information

Definition

It details transactions that resulted in a chargeback to the merchant, including the chargeback cycle, status, and all related information about the original transaction, such as case reason and total amount. The chargeback report will show disputes that are under review. Once the process is complete, the dispute will no longer be shown in this report, but rather in the reports relating to the customer's financial transactions.

Audience

OneGMR can provide reports for merchants, as well as for conciliators and gateways/orchestrators.

MERCHANT

Any business, whether physical or digital, that accepts payments for goods or services is considered a merchant. A merchant can operate under different models, such as retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, or service-based models, and usually relies on acquirers, payment gateways, or facilitators to process transactions using credit cards, debit cards, and other digital payment methods.

CONCILIATOR

The Conciliator is a service provider responsible for performing financial reconciliation using information from Payment Institutions, such as GetNet, contracted by the merchant and their financial institution. It ensures end-to-end payment reconciliation, identifies discrepancies between authorized transactions and related payment deposits, and applies relevant fees and service charges.

The Conciliator receives all reports available to the merchant.

GATEWAY/ORCHESTRATORS

The Gateway is the technology service provider hired by the merchant. It connects and integrates with Payment Institutions, such as GetNet, to authorize online purchase transactions. It securely transmits payment information, enforces security policies, and facilitates transaction authorization.

The Gateway only receives transaction information and chargeback information reports.
