Overview
The Service Order Closure endpoint allows the field system to send service updates. The system processes records of unsuccessfull visits (pending a follow-up) and the final closure of the service order.
Cases Use:
Service Unsuccessful: Recording obstacles or no-shows that prevent immediate completion, triggering a rescheduling protocol.
